Live the Dream

My process was very difficult, but today I can say that thanks to education and the complete process, school and sport at the highest level, I can prove it with effective results. Foundation of 6 Schools at the international level, management of 1000 young people with different cultures, values , and education. I congratulate all those involved, for believing in themselves. The secret is in listening to the experts. In this way, we are able to prove that human values are above any interest. Therefore, only with specific education in each area, they will understand.

The natural process is without error. Zuela prepared and guided me since I was 18 years old to reach all my goals.

Today I am absolutely sure that the natural process through education is not wrong, after having played the role of team manager, I now have the responsibility of Vice President.

When I heard Mr. Zuela, from the first moment I said that a man who has just finished his professional career as a football player wants to deal directly with children. This project will satisfy us all and most of all the children. I went 3 times in Portugal with him , I trained and realized that the Portuguese have a different method in football because Portugal is the country of football, the language of football, so they have players, coaches and agents. It is a spontaneous evolution from the natural process because human values are above any interest.

I'm João Conde and I'm the pedagogical director of Stars! I have a past linked to football and I have always made football a way of life. First as an athlete and later as a coach. As an athlete, I played in national championships of lower divisions and as a coach, I have experience in all levels, from the youngest to the seniors because I had the opportunity to work on them all. I also have experience in technical coordination and as a sports manager. Throughout my life, and intending to have a plan if football was not a solution, I studied and graduated in Physical Education Teaching and this profession has already allowed me to work in several places in Portugal, knowing various realities and ways of work and be. Stars appeared in my life at a time when I was away from football by choice because I did not identify with the various projects presented, as they were all similar and more of the same. Stars was a breath of fresh air where the help and support of the young people pleased me. Giving young people the opportunity to experience different realities, have different experiences, only make them grow, and get to know the world of football.

Since I collaborated with Mr. Zuela in the Sporting CP Soccer Academy Chalandri Schools, I have seen the real importance that Portuguese and Greek education can bring to children.

The Stars International Academy is part of the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey, I was very happy when the mentor of this project, Zuela Francisco, invited me to be part of the marketing area when I still didn't have much experience in the area.

My decision to go to Portugal was very important in my life. I decided to move and go to Portugal due to my collaboration with Stars. Now I have the opportunity to broaden my horizons and gain more knowledge for my Professional progress.

I am pleased to announce that I am a member of Stars, which aims at the personal and professional development of individuals through sport. The role I took on is related to learning the Greek language of young Portuguese, for better integration in the society in Greece. 

Through our collaboration, the difference in mentalities, in wanting to learn more in the education process, has already been proven to me. This method prevails in the continuous evolution in the process of personal development.

With more than two decades connected to football, I went through the amateur and professional context in several areas, I closely follow many young talents, and many more experienced players. 

In all these years and in all these cases, I have found that there is a huge gap in guidance and education within this football industry. 

In 2019 I got to know STARS, I introduced it to my son and after he got to know the reality of clubs like Sporting CP and SL Benfica, and he is currently doing his 4th year in Belenenses' formation, we had no doubts in giving them part of education, and from that day until today it has always been his natural choice. Today I can say that my son gained a new family, that he gained an even more consistent future, he gained more vision, more experience, more education, and that through STARS he has support in all areas of his life and that will allow him to achieve all your personal and professional goals, the NATURAL PROCESS has no mistake as it is NATURAL!

My experience as a professional football player will bring a different perspective. I know that everyone wants to, but only a few manage to get there, through resilience and constant overcoming.

I am a psychologist at Stars and I have been in this project for 5 years. Zuela is an example for any individual, when a player is well educated he can overcome any difficulty in life.

What we eat is what we are. It is very important to take care of nutrition, that's why I'm here at Stars, to give support in this area so that our athletes have all the food and health care.

Being a Coach at STARS is a personal wish of my career as a professional player. Today I realize when the founder of the project says that EDUCATION is the basis of all our experiences. My transition into a career is being prepared by the STARS structure. I know I have to learn from other professionals and I am going to Portugal because it is a country of football, of different people and so I realized that there are many examples of coaches, players, and sports agents in the process that has to be natural.

I am Greek and I have lived in Portugal for 10 years. I embraced this project because I thought about my son, who has the dream of being a football professional. When I got in touch with Mr. Zuela he was in Athens and he said to me "You were able to understand more easily because you are out of your comfort zone! THE NATURAL PROCESS has no mistake!" My son has been in this process for 2 ½ years and has already met clubs like AEK, SPORTING CP, V. SETUBAL and is currently in SPORTING in BRAGA. The amazing thing is that it opened the horizons for my son in his studies too! He is studying BUSINESS MANAGEMENT at the University of Minho in Braga and already manages to live alone. STARS INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS is a natural consequence of my PROCESS. This project is extremely EDUCATIVE because the family also participates in the PROCESS!

As a mother of a young teenager that his dream was to become a professional football player and that he wanted to proceed to an educational program that will give him the opportunity to expand his skills and development in football, I had some concerns about the task education and the personal expansion of my son. Well, in Stars Of The Future I found everything that I was looking for, by the means that they have a professional structure (physiotherapist, psychologists, nutritionists, and many other professionals) that they are next to my child to meet all his needs. 

In STARS, I found the professional model that every parent would like to offer to their child if the child wants to involve his life with football. My son under this program became not only a good and skilled footballer but also an excellent student and a very mature young man. 

This is the result that someone can receive when it comes to involving in this progress and development that Stars Of The Future offers.

Talking about Stars is easy and difficult at the same time. A different and innovative project, in which the main focus is the children, the formation of them as human beings above all and only after the athlete. It transmits values to children by instilling personal and school education. It allows kids to have completely different experiences outside their comfort zone, preparing them for a long journey. Without any doubt, Stars is the future! In 2017 I was without a club! After being a Greek Under-21 international and having played in clubs such as ATROMITOS, OLYMPIACOS, ARIS THESSALONIKI, REGGINA, and UDINESE he did not arrive because he lacked a base. During this difficult period, I only had the support of STARS and was part of the EAS project - Escola Academia Sporting-Chalandri as a consultant. In this process, the founder of STARS told me that education was fundamental in the life of any human being and I took the sports management course. After 4 years I see that everything makes sense and after a difficult period, I managed to find a club where I was named team captain, and today I returned to 1 Cyprus league. The natural process through education is not wrong! The only key is education!

In 2017 I embraced the STARS project in Greece at EAS-CHALANDRI Escola Academia Sporting- Chalandri. He had arrived from England from a goalkeeper formation. When I spoke with Mr. Zuela, he told me that everything was going to be okay and that I had to get into the process because education is the right way. After 2 months, OLYMPIAKOS F.C. hired me to be in Under-17 a Goalkeeper coach. The natural process has no error!

My name is Konstantinos Stamelos and I am a football coach. I got in touch with Stars in 2016, when I was studying in Portugal. Stars gave me the opportunity to return to my country, Greece, to work at the first EAS- Escola Academia Sporting-Chalandri for 2 years. Something that has helped me a lot in my growth process, especially during the last year, is the collaboration with people from football sports agents, with players, and former professional football players. This helps a lot of people like me, who have never played professional football, to understand what real football is like, giving knowledge and sharing experiences. In this way, I can combine academic training with practice on the field. I add that today I am a better coach and person because the Founder of Stars invested in my education when he told me that it was very important to have knowledge in areas outside of our focus to better understand the industry. I took a course in sports management and today I am able to understand that we live a natural consequence of what comes from behind and there is no luck or unlucky. All are consequences! 

I would like to thank all my colleagues, all the institutions, and all the teachers that I had during these 4 years in Portugal. I came to Portugal because I realized that it is a country of football. I have a lot of respect for the knowledge that the Portuguese have  in football, I learned a lot from them and I continue to learn.

I met Stars through the internet. I brought my son to Stars where he already had several different experiences, something that my son would never have lived had he left his comfort zone through a natural process that is intrinsic.

Children have to be protected. It is important that they have the guidance and education of specialists, especially those who have already gone through the process, children have to be looked into the eyes and have to know the truth.

Having the Benfica Marinha Grande Soccer School was a natural consequence of a partnership between Clube Desportivo da Garcia, STARS, and its "Stars International Academy" Academy. It is an honor to be General Director of the school, as I recognize that the BEF Marinha Grande Project is a recognized brand inside and outside the country. We received an inheritance in a natural way, in exchange for zero euros. Today I understand who did the complete education process, until reaching the top. I know that the children of Marinha Grande will benefit a lot from the training method that will be implemented, different ideas, different methods, different people. Knowing how to listen is a virtue.

Stars came to change the formation of football in the world! I left Porto to Leiria with my family, the experiences that I have lived with Stars, I never imagined until today. It is an innovative method. Listening to the experts is not wrong. I put my kids on Stars because I realized that education is paramount before training. With the mentor's guidance, I was also able to apply and succeed in my professional area.

My name is Karikas Nikitas, I was born in Athens, Greece. I'm in PORTUGAL, studying and playing football. I have been in the STARS PROJECT for 3 years, ever since I debuted in GREECE, at EASCHALANDRI- Sporting CP Soccer Academy-Chalandri.

I thank my FAMILY because they heard and understood Mr. Zuela because today I can see as clearly as EDUCATION and independently, with specific PEOPLE it will help a new generation in the future. This PROCESS is so NATURAL that I feel so excited! Through this METHOD and PROCESS, I got to know SPORTING C.P. ACADEMY-Alcochete, S.C. BRAGA ACADEMY-Sports city and now I am at ACADEMICA COIMBRA. Here we ATHLETES really combine studies with football. If it weren't for STARS, I couldn't live this dream.

I'm Francisco Leal and I'm 19 years old and in August I joined this STARS project. I have my father with knowledge of football since he is PRESIDENT of a club and realized that he had to have more experiences. I am currently living an extraordinary international experience, having already known clubs like AEK Athens and Panionios F.C. This was certainly the best choice I made, as I found opportunities that in Portugal would not be possible.

In the summer of 2019 get in touch with the people of SOTF and they said that you could go to Braga to do experience training. I realized that I had to leave the country, because in Cyprus there is no development for athletes, so I came to Portugal, to SC Braga where the level is higher and development, of course, is better than I realized the reason, because so many Portuguese play football in my country because here they had training and education.

Opportunities only appear when we look for them. My parents have always found ways to improve my living conditions through education and experience. I am very grateful for this, I am Brazilian with Italian nationality, I lived in several countries, such as India, Mexico, Portugal, and now in Greece, learning to live in various cultures. Being at Stars International Academy is a new challenge, something unique for a young person because I had to make a decision, move to Greece and live this new reality, but I do it because I have the dream of being a top professional player, even knowing in advance that it will always be an exciting and interesting challenge! I am grateful for the opportunity of the experience that I am having in the Akratitos team, I know that it is a long PROCESS, the first step to get where I want.
